*Will consist of homeowner purchasing a complete roofing system.

*Tear off all shingles

*Tear off all felt

*Remove all nails and sweep off roof

*Replace any bad spots in decking (which will be whole sheets and no splicing) $85.00 a sheet

*Install weather lock around all eaves, in all valleys, in all breaks of the roof, on all chimneys, all wall flashing, and along all roof line and on ridges.

*Install 30 lb felt w/ metal cap nails

*Install 30 yr ark shingles

*Install 30 yr Hip and Ridge shingles

*Install starter strip shingles

*6 nails per shingle

*Install new valley metal

*Install new metal base flashing with screw shank nails

*Install roofing cement in all valleys and around all pipes and all flashing

* Warranty will be for 10 years against leaks ( except for tornadoes, tropical force winds, hail and any other extreme acts of God or falling /flying dubre ) BOSTIC will be responsible only for fixing the problem not any interior damages
