Roofing Installation:

*Tear off 1 layer of shingles (additional layer will be an additional charge of $10.00/sq, this might not be noticeable until the tear off is performed)

*Inspect roof for any bad spots in the decking if any is found homeowner will be notified an there will be an additional charge of $85.00/sheet of decking and $8.00/ft for plank decking  that is replaced at homeowners discretion.

*Install 15lb roofing felt over existing felt( if homeowner wants old felt tore off and all nails pulled out of decking there will be an additional charge of $5.00/sq, this will need to be discussed prior to roofing installation)

*Install weather lock around all pipes, around chimneys, crickets, side wall flashing and in all valleys. (This will prevent any leaks in these areas, because this is were 80% of all leaks come from.) Weather lock is a sticky membrane.

*Install new valley metal and metal base pipe flashing

*Install new compositional shingles using 1 1/4 coil nails, 4-6 nails per shingle

*If there is a power fan that needs to be replaced Bostic will install new fan, but homeowner will be responsible for having electrician hook up fan

*Seal up around all pipes, chimneys, vents and any walls that meet the roof line

*Paint all vents and pipes to match roof color

*Blow/ sweep off roof, gutters and sidewalks after roofing installation

*Clean up, haul off and dispose of all roofing related debris.

*Roll magnet over yard (this will only get up about 90% of the nails, although all nails will be removed from driveways and walking paths).  Homeowner should be careful and cautious of nails in yard.   Bostic will not be responsible for any damages that might be caused by nails after Bostic leaves the job.

*Bostic will use a dump truck or roll-off canister.  Therefore, homeowner will need to point out any soft spots in concrete.  Bostic will not be responsible for cracks in concrete or ruts in the yard.

*Shrubs will be cared for to the best of are ability during roofing installation.  Bostic will not be responsible for any damages to shrubbery or any other lawn furniture or décor. Home owner will need to have lawn furniture and/or décor moved away from the areas where work will be performed.

*Workmanship will come with a 24 month guarantee.  Our warranty excludes damage caused by ice, snow, high winds, hail or any other extreme weather conditions.

*Payment will be due upon completion of roofing installation. There is no up front money due.
